Some months ago Microsoft published a experimental and I think not that serious, but very attractive interface for internet search engines. It was the famous Ms. Dewey under www.msdewey.com

It was Flash based, amusing but at the end a bit useless.
Now Microsoft is experimenting with a Silverlight based interface under www.tafiti.com
Before you can use it, you have to install RC1 of Silverlight. If you load the page you´ll get told about how to proceed.
If you search for something the screen looks like this:
You can view your results as a tree view as well:
You can store your searches and results, so there severall interesting ideas in the interface. Some details look a bit playful but overall its fun to use it.
By the way, it works perfectly under MacOS and Safari as well.
Just try it out...
